Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@karunina.com / or whats app +971585213342 with photos and your order details. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or appropriate solution.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and hygiene liners intact, and free of stains or marks.
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Please note that the client is responsible for a return shipping fee of AED 35, which will be arranged and invoiced once the exchange is approved.
How to request an exchange
- Email info@karunina.com or whats app +971585213342 with your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos if needed.
- Our team will review your request and send you detailed return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.
Important notes
- Items that do not meet these conditions (worn, washed, damaged, missing liners or tags) will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to you.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
