Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We are pleased to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders delivered within Dubai.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Dubai Orders: We offer a 24-hour delivery service for our Dubai clients.

  • Other Emirates & GCC: Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by location between 7-14 days.

Where do you ship from? All Karunina Swim pieces are dispatched from our headquarters in Dubai, UAE.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns for an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • Free of any make-up, tanning lotion, or deodorant stains.

Is there a fee for returns? No fee for the returns.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Please email our team at hello@karunina.com or by What's App +971585213342 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary return instructions.

Can I return sale items? Generally, sale items are final sale unless stated otherwise. If you have purchased a bundle or sale item and have a specific concern, please reach out to our team.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which size to choose? We recommend using our Sizing Chart to compare your underbust, waist, and hip measurements.

  • Between sizes? If you prefer a bit more coverage or comfort, we suggest sizing up.

Do you offer mix-and-match sizing for sets? Yes! We know that bodies are unique. You can select different sizes for your top, bottom, and skirt to create your perfect 3-piece set.

Product Care & Materials

How do I care for my Lurex swimwear? Our signature "Golden Mirage" Lurex fabric is luxurious and delicate. To keep it shimmering:

  • Hand wash only in cold water.

  • Lay flat to dry in the shade (avoid direct sunlight).

  • Avoid rough surfaces: Be careful with concrete pool edges or rough rocks, as these can snag the delicate Lurex fibers.

  • Rinse after use: Always rinse off chlorine or salt water immediately after swimming.

Is the Lurex fabric itchy? Not at all. We use a high-quality, soft recycled Lurex that is fully lined with a buttery-soft interior fabric. You get all the glamour of the shine without any irritation against your skin.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and secure payment options, including Apple Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly to ensure 24h delivery in Dubai. If you need to make a change, please contact hello@karunina.com or °971585213342 immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return/exchange process.

My love for the sun runs deep, growing up between the turquoise waters of the French Caribbean and the chic coasts of the Mediterranean. But as much as I loved the beach, I didn't always love shopping for it.
